Returns
Once your order have not yet been processed you are free to make a return through the link simply by pressing here, and fill the form.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
If the item is not functioning, it is replaced by an efficient item.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If a client bought a product online and don’t like it because it is not sealed or not in a good shape. We replace it with another product. We only refund when it was the only product in the stock with no replacement.
The refund is made when a product picture you saw on the website is different with the one that is delivered to your place.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
By the time you order a product online and is delivered with all the specification you wanted and don’t like it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
