Which Method of Payment do you use?
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Bank Card ( Visa Card, Master Card, Virtual Card), Cash on Delivery.
Can I receive the order while it’s not me who ordered the Product?
Yes, you can receive the order, Only if the Card Holder / Payer gives you his / her ID Card to show to our Delivery team upon Delivery.
Can I receive the Product with no ID Card?
No, You can’t receive the order without an ID Card. This helps us to know that the Person who bought the products is the real one.
May I pay with an International Card?
Yes, you can pay with an International Card. From that if you are outside the country and need the Product to be delivered to someone in Rwanda. You need to send us an email at yves@ihaha.rw / care@ihaha.rw;
When Am I supposed to receive the order after buying Online?
For verification purpose, When you pay Online using your Bank Card you will get the order within 2-24 Hours but if you want to pay upon delivery we will deliver it to you as soon as possible maximum 1 hour in Kigali.
